Staff have full enhanced DBS checks and follow a comprehensive package of training.

All staff are fully qualified teachers with full enhanced DBS checks and follow a comprehensive package of training. They are trained by appropriately qualified consultants including the following areas:

• Cognitive load theory practise

• TEAM TEACH
• First Aid and epipen
• Subject specific training from qualified specialists
• Mindfulness approach
